Is your jewelry handmade?

Yes, all our pieces are handmade from skilled craftsmen with utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring that all of our rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces are built to the highest quality. We are proud to be a jewelry company that provides unique, handcrafted fine jewelry pieces made in the USA.

Made to order?

Our jewelry is made-to-order. We hand make our jewelry to any size. If you have a particular request to customise your jewelry please let us know via our contact form.

How long will it take to process and deliver my order?

Since our jewelry is made to order, it takes us 5-7 working days to make and process the majority of our items. Some of our items can take longer and the processing time will be defined on each product page.

Processing time does not include shipping, which takes only 2 days within the US. Outside of the US, shipping times can vary but can be 5-10 working days depending on the location.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, our US based customers do not have to pay for delivery/shipping costs on any purchase. During checkout, free delivery is automatically applied to all US based addresses.

If you live outside the US, a shipping fee of $35 will apply. Please note customs/import duties may apply. Please check with your country's import fees.

Do you provide gemological appraisals?

Yes, we provide free, gemological appraisals on our more valuable items. The appraisals we provide are carried out by an independent gemological laboratory, which adhere to the GIA Grading Standards and are USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) compliant. Please notify us if you require one. Please note that a gemological appraisal will add a further 2/3 days to the delivery date.

Can I make a purchase from outside the US?

Yes, you can currently purchase from anywhere in the world. Our prices are currently only available in US dollars. You will be charged accordingly and a conversion to your country's currency will be made once you have made your purchase.

We will be updating our international payment options on our website soon, giving our customers outside the US to purchase in their currency.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. Please note customs/import duties may apply. Please check with your country's import fees.

Is it safe to purchase online with you?

Yes. We are extremely careful in how your data is handled and we never store your credit card details. When a purchase is made, credit or debit card details are never saved on our web servers.

Depending on your preferred payment method, payments are processed either via Paypal or Stripe, the leading two payment processing companies for online transactions used by the majority of all major ecommerce companies.

Marc Tarian Jewelry is PCI Compliant. PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

Is your website encrypted?

Yes. As well as ensuring your payment details are not saved on our web servers, all our pages are encrypted via SSL technology. This ensures that all data passed between our web servers and your web browser are private and secured.

Normal unencrypted web pages use the protocol http:// (You will notice this in your web browser address bar). Each of our web pages use the secure SSL protocol defined as https:// in the web address bar. You will also notice a padlock icon next to it in your web browser. This symbolizes the active security certificate we have in place.

Do you save any personal information?

If you register with us during your online purchase we only ask to save your name, email address and password. In order to provide you with relevant emails and updates we also ask for your date of birthdate and gender, but these two fields are optional.

If you checkout as a guest, we do not store any of your personal information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments made by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and JCB. We also offer Paypal.

Do you offer financing?

We do not currently offer financing or instalment plans, however we are looking to introduce this soon. We want to ensure our customers can make flexible purchases.

What if I buy it and change my mind? What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days, no questions asked. Please refer to our Returns section for full details.
